Your co-pilot on the floor

Meet Kai.

A brain for every store. A proactive co-pilot for everyone on the floor. He learns the business, sees what needs attention and gets the work moving with your team.

Get to know him. Scroll to explore.

01 / Understand

He understands your business.

Kai connects your tools, makes sense of documents and notes, and checks the details with your floor team. He builds and maintains a brain for each store.

Store-level analysis. Fewer blind spots.

02 / Notice

He notices what’s changing.

Local events, newsletters and competitors sit alongside changes inside the store: slower sales, stock that hasn’t moved, fewer requests for directions. Kai spots the signals that deserve attention.

Know what needs attention, early.

03 / Align

He stays aligned with your goals.

Kai checks in with owners and store managers on what matters at each location. He keeps priorities current and adjusts the work as goals, constraints and local conditions change.

Each store gets its own plan.

04 / Act

He gets the work moving.

Kai automates routine work and coordinates the jobs that need people on the ground. Your team can message him for updates, answers and next steps without logging into another app.

The routine work handled. The team connected.

05 / Learn

He learns from what happens next.

Kai checks what changed after each action, brings the results back to the team and updates the store’s knowledge. What works informs the next plan; what doesn’t gets a rethink.

Every action informs the next.

06 / Your team

More time for your customers.

Kai keeps the work moving while your team stays in control of priorities, approvals and the decisions that help each store thrive.

7:00am

Before she's out the door, Kai has already worked the night.

A one-minute briefing in his voice: how the stores did, where the goals stand, what's on today, and what he needs from her.

Dana at seven in the morning, coffee in one hand, phone in the other, one earbud in.

9:00am

She walks in already knowing the plan.

No dashboards to dig through. Kai is already on today's work, and the two things that need her are waiting at the top.

Weekdays are slow at Campus. Should I just run 20% off everything this weekend?

I wouldn't. Saturdays are already your busiest day, so 20% off mostly goes to people who'd come anyway.

The slow part is Tuesday to Thursday, 2 to 4. I'd bundle the umbrellas that aren't moving with rain boots, in those hours, at Campus first.

DeskGoal · Fill quiet hours

Campus: fill weekday afternoons

What I looked at

  • Sales by hour, last 6 weeks
  • Umbrellas, slow since August
  • Margin on boots and umbrellas
  • The rival two blocks away

What I weighed

  • 20% off everything, this weekendGives margin to people who'd come anyway
  • Double loyalty pointsHelps regulars, brings no one new
  • Boots and umbrella bundle, Tue to Thu, 2 to 4Moves slow stock in the slow hours

My pick

Run the bundle at Campus for two weeks. If it works, Old town is next.

Stops on its own if the margin dips below your floor.

4:00pm

Kai needs her for two minutes.

Everything he's waiting on, in one feed. A yes, a few words or a photo, and he's back to work.

People on your side

You’re not doing this alone.

Two people from Ocally work alongside your team, from connecting your systems to making Kai part of the daily work.

Your growth engineer, a laptop under one arm and a coil of cable over his shoulder.

Your growth engineer

Gets the integrations right.

Connects your POS, listings and other tools, checks that the right data flows through, and makes sure the integrations work reliably.

Your growth specialist, holding a tablet, listening.

Your growth specialist

Gets the rollout right.

Works with owners and managers to choose where to start, help the team use Kai day to day, and review what needs adjusting.

Both people are on us to start.

Talk through your rollout

Questions, answered.

Still wondering something? Ask us on a free consultation.

Is Ocally right for us?

Ocally is built for retail chains and franchise brands, where every location is a little different and the work outgrows the people. Run one store or a few? You're welcome too. If your stores could do more but nobody has the time, we should talk.

What do we need to connect to get started?

Nothing, to start. Kai learns your stores from your website and public sources such as search, maps, reviews and AI answers. Your growth engineer then connects your POS, listings and other tools, and uploads cover anything without a connection.

What does Kai do without asking?

On his own, Kai reads, checks, drafts, plans and measures. Anything that goes public, spends money, changes a price or messages a customer waits for your yes, given in the app or the morning feed. Every action keeps a receipt, so you can see what was done, where and why.

What do the growth engineer and growth specialist do?

You get support for both the technical setup and the rollout. Your growth engineer connects your POS, listings and other tools, checks the data and makes sure the integrations work reliably. Your growth specialist works with owners and managers to choose where to start, help the team use Kai day to day, and review what needs adjusting. Both people are on us to start.

How soon will we see work come off our plate?

Every rollout is fitted to the business. By the end of the first month, you should already see some of your stores' work automated and off your plate.

Who owns our data?

You do. Every business gets its own isolated Ocally platform with its own database, and nothing is shared with other customers or used to train anyone else's AI. Every fact Kai keeps shows where it came from, and every change is logged.
